Collection Strategies

Processing client’s data geographically and then segregated all amongst the calling staffs and field staffs for random calls and filed activities. As per the criticality of the cases/ customers, proper effective measures should take care. Managing and monitoring delinquent accounts to preventing Pre-NPA and NPA accounts, maintaining the Potential Loss accounts, Infant, Non-Starter accounts.

For Recovery, Loss Accounts, Loss on Repo Sale recovery, LWO accounts recovery & Penal collection, Collection strategies for recovering dues from entire buckets, our expertise reaches the high in the market. Searching for the vehicles, repossession conducting with legal tools and authorized client’s person, maintaining the Repo agents with proper inventory, performance review of Repo Agents. Supervising the team for managing high value fraud cases / defaulters / insolvent /legal clients and approaching to clients for appropriate legal actions against them.

Meet the Managing Director (MD)

Mr. Sukhendu Pramanik (MD),

The Managing Director of the company, is having total 23 years of experience in Banking and Financial Sectors, also he is having versatile experiences and expertise in Collection Recovery, Sales and in Legal segment. Worked with IIFL, Bandhan Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank in his previous career path journey. He is a strategic planner with proficiency in devising strategy for any Business Model. Competent in streamlining and improving entire systems / processes, envisioning new methodologies, future trends & driving development, direction as well as accomplishment. He was holding his last position of Deputy Vice-President in IIFL Finance Limited.

Mr. Sukhendu Pramanik

Mr. Pravakar Pramanik (Team Lead Specialist)

He is having total experience in Microfinance Field Collection Recovery and Sales for 3 years. Worked with Bandhan Bank, L&T Finance, And Axis Bank.

Ms. Lisha Das (Sr. Officer VC)

She is having total experience of 3 years in collection and Sales field, worked with Yes Bank Card Sales.

Ms. Payel Biswas (Officer FC)

She is having total experience of 2 years in collection and recovery.

Mr. Sk Nasir Hussain (Repossession Lead Specialist)

He is having total experience in Repossession Field for 10 Years, managing portfolio on contractual basis for Pragati Finance CV Repossession, Todi Investor CV and PC Repossession, Paragon Finance CV and PC Repossession and Add-Truck Commercial Pvt Ltd for CV and PC Repossession. He is having best expertise in the market for Possession and Repossession of CV, CE, PC, Auto segment.
